Is there anything I need to send along with my device?

Things to check before you send us your item:

Your device is UNLOCKED from networks such as O2, Vodafone, EE or Three.

Passcodes, pattern locks, fingerprints and passwords are deleted, and Find My iPhone and iCloud connections are deactivated.

Note down your IMEI number and order number in case there is a problem during the shipping process (we will be able to help you easier).

Only if the standard accessories (USB cables, adapters etc.) were included in our price offer do you need to send them together with your device. You can send us the original packaging if you still have it.

You can include the sale summary that you can find in your shipping documents entitled "Put-me-in-the-parcel-note", or include a handwritten note with your order number, customer number and name.

Please also only use the freepost pack that we provide to you by mail.
